At ImageVers.com (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), your privacy is our top priority. We built the Service around a simple principle: your files should never leave your device.
Your images: Almost every tool on ImageVers runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your images, photos, PDFs and other files are never uploaded, transmitted, viewed, or stored by us. When you close the tab, everything is gone.
Technical data: Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as browser type, operating system, referring page, IP address and access times. This data is used exclusively for troubleshooting, security and understanding aggregate usage patterns.
Cookies: We use a small number of essential cookies (for theme preference and, if you sign in, session cookies). We do not use tracking cookies of our own.
Google AdSense: We display advertising via Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites, in accordance with Google’s Advertising Policies. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google account settings.
Optional analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics (aggregate, no personal identifiers) to improve the Service. If you have Do-Not-Track enabled in your browser, we honour it.
If you sign in via Google, we store a minimal profile (email, name, avatar URL) and a session token in our database, purely to keep you signed in. You can request deletion of this data at any time by emailing us.
Because your images stay on your device, there is nothing on our servers to retain. Server logs (technical data) are rotated automatically every 30 days. If you have signed in, your account data is retained until you request deletion.
Depending on where you live (e.g. under the EU GDPR or California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Please contact us at saurabhdn99@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
ImageVers is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any change will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
